Aachen, 2020/12/15 – Two new members were appointed to the supervisory board of umlaut SE on November 30, 2020: Katja Nettesheim and Thomas Andrae.

Katja Nettesheim, founder and CEO of _MEDIATE and Culcha, is an expert in culture and digital transformation. Before setting up her own companies, the lawyer worked for several years for Axel Springer, Boston Consulting Group, Freshfields and Shearman & Sterling, among others. In his business operations, Thomas Andrae, founding partner of Linden Capital, focuses on early-stage investments in technology companies. Before becoming a venture capitalist, he co-founded several technology companies; before that, he worked in IT strategy at PwC and Accenture.

As a supervisory board, we will accompany the enterprise on its way to further successful international growth,' says Thomas Prefi, chairman of the supervisory board of umlaut SE. Together with Thomas Prefi, Michael Tobias and Timo Alte, Katja Nettesheim and Thomas Andrae will supervise the business of umlaut SE. umlaut is 100% independent and owner-operated. United in a competent and agile collective of 20 consultancies and engineering firms, the company has 4,500 employees around the world and is active in over 50 locations.
