Aachen/Munich – 2021/03/17 – From April 2021 on, umlaut and Prozesswerk GmbH start into a joint future. Through the merger, the two companies bundle their consulting expertise in the automotive sector. The specialized Prozesswerk consultants based in Munich ideally complement umlaut’s competencies in the future field of software-defined vehicles to a seamless overall portfolio.
With the expansion through Prozesswerk GmbH, umlaut SE broadens its automotive consulting portfolio. Prozesswerk's core competence is management consulting for German OEMs and 1st tiers, including in the areas of E/E development, quality management, software processes, organisational development and ASPICE. Prozesswerk benefits from the technical depth of umlaut in automotive development and the worldwide scaling possibilities.
