For the inhabitants of the densely populated urban areas in Australia, it is particularly interesting to see how the operators perform in their home cities. Therefore, we have performed individual analyses for the largest Australian metropolitan areas. More than 14 million (or 60 per cent of all) Australians live in one of the six largest urban areas of the country–plus another 368,000 in its capital Canberra. Therefore we have taken a closer look at the individual results of Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Toowoomba.

The audit was done as a performance benchmark performed between 12.10.2020 and 12.11.2020 in cities and towns as well as on connection roads. In addition crowdsourced performance data has been collected and evaluated between CW22 2020 and CW45 2020.
